Festive Season Takes Flight at SJC

Holiday Travel: What’s New This Season
From Courtesy Carts to Gratitude Trees, SJC is rolling out new comforts and festive touches to make traveling to see loved ones a little smoother this holiday season.

Complimentary Courtesy Carts: Catch a ride on staffed carts running between Gates 17-31. View schedule.
S JC Happy Tails Therapy Animals: Therapy animals roaming terminals all week to spread holiday cheer.
Digital ID: Apple Wallet Digital ID now accepted at TSA for faster domestic screening (physical passport still required for international travel).
Gratitude Trees: Leave a note of thanks or well wishes at our Gratitude Trees near Gates 9 and 30 – a simple way to share what you’re grateful for.
Additional travel tips: Check in online, be REAL ID ready, arrive early (2 hours for domestic, 3 hours for international), use Cell Phone Waiting Area, and more. Read the full list.

New Tastes in the Terminals
Try SJC’s newest spot: Mi Casa Cantina, now open across from Terminal A security with scratch-made meals and a full bar. It’s the latest in a wave of fresh openings, joining Einstein Bros. Bagels, Firehouse Subs and Pizza My Heart.

More delicious updates: Jamba has added empanadas and mozzarella bites at Gate 23, and San José Beer Union at Gate 7 rolled out a brand-new menu.

From Gates to Getaways: SJC’s New Interactive Map & Website
SJC’s redesigned website and new interactive map make finding flights, parking, dining and terminal services faster and simpler – all from your phone or desktop. Explore our revamped website.

Waymo Arrives at SJC
Experience the future of travel! Fully autonomous Waymo vehicles are now available for select riders at SJC – the first commercial airport in California to offer this service. Get picked up curbside and glide safely and sustainably around San José and the Bay Area. Service is expanding across the SF Peninsula over the coming weeks, so download the Waymo app and see when it’s your turn to ride. Read more.
