If you lost an item at the airport and know where you may have lost it, please contact one of the agencies below as each agency manages its own Lost and Found.

Please submit a Lost Item Report.
Airport staff will contact you if an item matching the description of your lost item is found.

General Information:

Proof of ownership is required to claim an item. If you are unable to pick up your item during the posted business hours, items may be shipped via FedEx. Shipping is at the owner’s expense and must be coordinated with the Airport Lost and Found Office. Items are shipped based on the item description provided and authorization of the requester.
 

Lost & Found Office

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5 pm, closed holidays.

Report Lost Item

Location: The Airport Lost and Found Office is located between Terminal A and B (1701 Airport Boulevard, Suite B-1130 San Jose, CA 95110-1206). Parking is available in the Terminal A Parking Garage.
