Follow the signs to the applicable parking lot listed in your confirmation email. Your QR code/license plate will not allow access to a different parking lot. If you drive to the wrong parking lot, please use the intercom button to speak to a Parking Representative for directions to the correct lot. Do not pull a ticket.  Hourly Lot 2 Premium Parking customers should follow wayfinding signage to the parking area on the second floor of the garage.

Please use the intercom button and advise the parking representative that you pulled a ticket. The representative will assist and provide further direction. Have your confirmation code available so we may look up your reservation. 

If you arrive more than 3 hours prior to your reservation start time, entry will not be permitted. If you depart more than 3 hours after the end time on your reservation, you will incur additional fees at the posted daily rates. Hourly Lot 2 Premium Parking customers will be charged a flat daily rate of $45 for any overstays. All additional fees must be paid prior to exiting the parking lot.   

As an example, if a reservation is from 7am to 7am, you can exit the lot until 10am without incurring additional charges.

You may exit and re-enter the parking lot up to 2 times in the first 12 hours of your reservation. After that, exiting the parking lot a third time (or more than 12 hours from when you first enter the parking lot) will close out your reservation and re-entry to the parking lot will require pulling a ticket, which begins a new transaction at the rate posted at the parking lot entrance. A partial refund for the unused time can be requested.

You may freely exit the parking lot. A partial refund may be issued upon request.

You can use any available lane to enter the parking lot. If the License Plate Recognition system doesn't automatically open the gate for you, use your QR code at the reader. Oversized vehicles parking in Economy Lot 1 should use the two right-hand entry lanes to avoid entering the garage.

Yes, a reservation can be extended up until 1 minute prior to the end time (i.e. if a reservation ends at 5:00 PM, it can be extended up until 4:59 PM). Extended reservations maintain the same parking rate as that used for the original booking (i.e. any discounted rate will be maintained). Reservations can be extended up to a maximum of 30 days total duration (from the start time).
