Managing Your Reservation
Reservations can be modified up until 4 hours prior to the start of your reservation. It is not possible to pre-pay to extend a booking after that time. Once inside the parking facility, any overstays past the end of your reservation will be charged at the rate posted at the entrance. Payment of overstay charges is required prior to exiting.
Visit parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘Manage my Reservation’. Your confirmation code is required to access your reservation. Reservations can be modified up until 4 hours prior to the start of your reservation.

You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 4 hours before the start of your reservation. Log on to parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘Manage my Reservation’. Requests to cancel an unused reservation beyond the amendment period should be made through our online form, and if approved, are subject to a 1-day fee (amount dependent on which parking product was reserved). Discounted reservations will be refunded up to the amount actually paid.
