Reservations can be extended up until the end (date/time) of your reservation. It is not possible to extend a reservation once it has ended. Extending an in-progress reservation will recalculate the cost for the entire period of the reservation (both the original and additional days) using the current (at the time of the amendment) reservation rate. Once the reservation has ended, any overstays past the end of your reservation will be charged at the rate posted at the parking lot entrance. Payment of overstay charges is required prior to exiting.
Visit parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘Manage my Reservation’. Your confirmation code is required to access your reservation. Reservations can be cancelled up until the beginning (date/time) of your reservation or amended up until the end (date/time) of your reservation.

You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to the beginning (date & time) of your reservation. Log on to parking.flysanjose.com and select ‘Manage Reservation’. Requests for refunds of an unused reservation beyond the cancellation period should be made through our online form, and if approved, are subject to a 1-day fee (amount dependent on which parking product was reserved). Discounted reservations will only be refunded up to the amount actually paid.
