Coming Soon: Commercial Land Use Development Sites Near SJC
San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) will be presenting a land lease for development of four vacant, Airport-owned parcels. These parcels are strategically located near West Hedding Street, Coleman Avenue, Ruff Drive and Spring Street and are designated for "Combined Industrial/Commercial" use under the General Plan. The parcels will be made available through long-term land lease agreements in 2026.
