Power Chair Outlets Upgraded Terminal A & B

Due to reliability issues, we have recently completed upgrading all of the electrical outlets in the power chairs in Terminal A and Terminal B.

If you experience any power failures with these outlets, please contact our Customer Service Line at 408-392-1150 or via email at Info@SJC.org. Please provide date, timeframe, gate location and approximate location of the specific chair, along with any other pertinent descriptive details that could help us address the problem. If this occurs after hours, please leave a message with contact information in case we need to get further information.

Please Note: These USB ports are for charging only (there is no data transmission), however, some manufacturers devices may not charge as expected due to specific device requirements. If this occurs, then customers should use their own AC adapter.
